Shipping policy

Free shipping on qualifying orders. Everything else you need to know is below.

In plain terms:

  • We currently ship within Norway.
  • Free shipping on orders of 500 NOK or more.
  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Delivery takes 2–5 business days after dispatch.
  • You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order is on its way.

Delivery Area

We currently ship within Norway. We plan to expand to more countries — sign up for our newsletter to hear when we reach yours.

Shipping Costs

Free standard shipping on orders of 500 NOK or more.

For orders below 500 NOK:

  • Pakke i postkassen (mailbox delivery): 65 NOK
  • Pakke til hentested (pickup point): 95 NOK

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email. We ship with Bring, PostNord, and UPS — your confirmation email will show which carrier is handling your delivery.

Risk and Delivery

Risk of loss or damage passes to you when you or a person designated by you physically receives the goods.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout — we're not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
