We want you to love your Muuni. If something isn't right, we'll do our best to make it so — quickly and without unnecessary back-and-forth.
In plain terms:
In accordance with the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act (Angrerettloven), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, send us a clear written notice before the 14-day period expires:

Please include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
If you withdraw within the 14-day period, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs. Additional delivery costs resulting from your choice of a non-standard shipping method are not refunded.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving your returned goods or proof of return — whichever comes first. Refunds are returned to your original payment method unless we agree otherwise.
Once you've notified us, return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after your notice.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service — you bear the risk of loss or damage during return transport.
You're entitled to examine the goods as you would in a physical store. You're only liable for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what's needed to assess the nature and function of the product.
Original packaging is not required, but please pack your return securely to prevent damage in transit.

This is in accordance with the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act, which exempts sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once the seal has been broken after delivery.
